Passed away on June 26, 2008. Preceded in death by son, Jason; granddaughter, Stacy; brothers, Larry and Tony Hartmann; sisters, Margaret Peters and Faith McInnis. Survived by husband, Thomas; son, J. Scott (Cindy); sister, Maxine (Bob) Lanik; 3 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. Ruth graduated from St. Joseph Academy in 1939 and in 1956 she founded Thomas Jewelry, her joy and fun, not "work".
