On February 5, 2006, after a brave struggle following a stroke. Much loved wife, mother, and grandmother. She is preceded in death by parents William and Florence Kachel; brother Jack Kachel; and sister Mildred Halverson. Survived and dearly loved by husband and best friend of 60 years Norman; son Dr. David William (Kathleen); daughter Mary Elizabeth; and the light of her life - grandchildren Lindsay Tuck Bartholome (Mark), Steph-anie, and Casey Tuck. A devoted grandma who was the world's best babysitter. Many thanks for years of love - we will miss you! Long-time member of Ladies Guild at First Baptist Church in Minneapolis.
