James A. Jensen

December 12, 1984 - December 03, 2008

Age 23

Preceded in death by sister, Trisha. Survived by his family, mother, Eileen O’Hara; siblings, Chris, Shane, Mike, Isaiah, Ella and Trevor. His Personal Care Addendants, Amber, Andy, Michelle, Bonnie, Debi and Bernetta. James was a shining example of Christ’s Love and the heart of our family. He will forever be remembered and sorrowfully missed by many. Thank you to the Special Education Teachers and support staff in School District 196 over the years, to the unending advocacy and Client Driven Support Service from Dakota County, especially Mick, who brought James into Eileen’s life 20+ years ago.

Funeral Information

Please join us for a Celebration of James’ life on Tuesday, December 9, 2008 at 4 PM at MARY, MOTHER OF THE CHURCH, 3333 East Cliff Road in Burnsville with a visitation 2 hours prior to the Mass at church. Private interment at Lakewood Cemetery in Minneapolis. Graveside Service to include permitted biological family only.
