Preceded in death by daughter, Patricia Nelsen; parents, George & Mabel; sisters, Mary (Joe) Amon, Dorothy (Ted) Wolkerstorfer and Beverly (Don) Kennedy; and brothers, Jack and Bill. Survived by granddaughters, Sherrie (Michael) Lydon and Kim Nelsen; 3 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; son-in-law Ken Nelsen; brothers, George (Marie) Finnegan and Ron (Lucille) Finnegan; sister, Shirley (George) Marette; sister-in-law, Katie (Charlie) Purcell; and over 100 nieces and nephews.

Mass of Christian Burial 10AM FRIDAY at CHURCH OF ST. MATTHEW, 510 Hall Avenue, St. Paul, MN. Visitation 4-8PM THURSDAY, at WEST FUNERAL HOME, 1051 South Robert Street, West St. Paul, MN. Interment in Resurrection Cemetery, Mendota Heights, MN.
