WWII Naval War Hero - Age 83

Of West St. Paul Passed away June 22, 2005. Preceded in death by wife, Stella Mae; son, Douglas; brother, Claude; sister, Irene Grassau. Survived by sons, David, Donald (Janice), and Paul; grandchildren, Sarah Mae (Robert), Zachary (Tiffany), Rebekah Mae, Nathan, and Bethany; great grandchildren, Olivia Mae and Hailey Mae. Don was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross and the Navy Cross for his heroic war efforts. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Funeral Information

Mass of Christian Burial 10 AM Saturday at the CHURCH OF ST. JOSEPH, 1154 Seminole Ave. @ Butler, WSP. Visitation 5-8 PM Friday (TODAY) at WEST FUNERAL HOME, 1051 S. Robert St. @ Arion, WSP, and Saturday 9-10AM at the church. Interment in Jackson, MN.
