Passed away peacefully on July 4, 2009 of lung cancer surrounded by his loving family. He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Geraldine Phelps. Kent is survived by his loving wife of 26 years, Nancy; sons, Tony (Kelly) and Ryan; daughter, Gene’t Gibbons; grandchildren, Chayse, Tayler, Owen, Gage, Emma and Anna; sisters, Dixie (Warren) Enevoldsen and Patti Arrigoni; nieces, nephews and many friends.
