Survived by loving wife, Alyne; children, Michael, Cheri (Frank) McDonough, Virginia (Bob) Killeen, Lisa (Allan) Stewart; 9 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; and sister, Helen Vargas. After 18 yrs of service, Fred retired from the MN DNR on May 31, 1994. Memorials to Our Lady of Good Counsel preferred.
