Age 83 of St. Paul. Proud WWII Nurse Veteran and Past Commander American Legion Post 521. Vera was a Nurse Anesthetist in St. Paul from 1948 - 1982, when she retired from Midway Hospital. She was preceded in death by her husband, Al; her baby twin sons; and a great granddaughter. Survived by her daughters, Kathryn (Ben) Pressnall, Michelle (John) Magdsick, Terri (Frank) Melander, Veronica (Craig) Nepper, and Tamara (John) Witt; 10 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; and many other family and friends.
