(Michaud) - Wife, Mother, Sister, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, Aunt & Friend

(Michaud) Wife, Mother, Sister, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, Aunt & Friend Died at age 79 after a long battle with Hodgkin's Lymphoma and Parkinson's disease. She passed quietly with family and the loving sisters at Our Lady of Good Counsel Cancer Home. Preceded in death by her parents John and Delilah Michaud; husband Donald and brothers John and James. She is survived by her children, Mary Lou (Thomas) Wilharber, John (Rose); Lynn Marie Wallin (Durant) and Ellen; grandchildren Stacy (Michael) Brown, Gina Wilharber, Michelle (Shawn) Proudlock, Jeff Wallin, Amanda and Emily Durant; great grandchildren, McKenna Brown and Livia Proudlock; sisters and brothers; Delores Robinson, Jeanette (Joseph) Marthaler, Jerome (Louise) Michaud, Thomas (Mary Jane) Michaud, Dianne (Thomas) Ryan; sisters-in-law, Irene Michaud, Jeanne Michaud; and many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Mary retired from Grant Thornton (Alexander Grant & Co) after 15 years of service. She was a former president of the E.O. Perit American Legion Post #512 and was actively involved in the Veteran's Hosptial, Ft. Snelling Cemetery group and American Legion projects and events. Special thanks goes to Sister Mary Grace and the sisters and staff at Our Lady of Good Counsel Cancer Home. Also to the infusion staff at Regions Hospital Cancer Center.

Funeral Information

The visitation will be held Thursday, January 20, 2005 from 4-8PM at WEST FUNERAL HOME, 1051 So. Robert St., West St. Paul, MN 55118. Parish Vigil 7PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Friday, January 21, 2005, 10AM at ST. MICHAEL'S CATHOLIC CHURCH, 337 East Hurley, West St. Paul, MN 55118 (651-552-4026 & 457-2334.) Visitation will be at 9AM at the church prior to the funeral mass. Burial will be at Fort Snelling National Cemetery immediately following mass.
