Loving Father, Grandpa And Great-Grandpa

Joe died peacefully at home on Oct. 6th, at the age of 86, after a short battle with cancer. He is preceded in death by his wife Madelene; his parents Mary and Frank; and two sisters, Katie and Ann. Joe was born in Alliance, Ohio and has resided in St. Paul since 1920. He has owned many successful businesses, among them the Glass Bar and Ideal Hall. Joe loved to travel, fish, hunt, bowl and most of all spend time with his children and grandchildren.

Joe will be greatly missed by his six children: Patricia (Terry) Comstock, Sioux Falls, SD, Joe (Pam) Perkovich of W. St. Paul, John (Jane) Perkovich of W. St. Paul, Jean Troje of W. St. Paul, Rick Perkovich of St. Paul, Diane (Frank) Hanzal of W. St. Paul; as well as his eleven grandchildren, Andrea, Sarah, Jennifer, Laura, Katie, Liz, Christy, Bob, Joy, Alesia and Brandon; and three great-grandchildren, Harrison, Leo and Brooke.

Funeral Information

Visitation 2-4PM followed by a short service 4PM Sunday, October 10th at WEST FUNERAL HOME, 1051 S. Robert @ Arion, WSP. Private interment @ Resurrection Cemetery.

Donations Information

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
