Passed away peacefully at home Aug. 19, 2004, at the age of 50. Preceded in death by parents Jim & Veronica (Pooch); and sister Lisa. Survived by children Kyle & Kelsey and their mother Cherilyn Shetka; also daughter Erin and her mother Kathy; brothers Tim, and Tom; sisters Patty (John) Winters, Terri, Mary (Mike) Hayek, and Barb (Rich) Harnden; many aunt, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Funeral Information

Mass of Christian Burial 10AM Tuesday, CHURCH OF ST. JOSEPH, 1154 Seminole @ Butler WSP. Visitation 1 hr. prior to Mass at Church. Interment Resurrection Cemetery in Mendota Heights.
