Age 71, passed away after a courageous and brave battle with cancer, May 31, 2004 at her home, where she was born 71 years ago. She passed away with her husband and children at her side. She was a wonderfully gentle & loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother & friend to many. She had a huge influence on everyone who knew her, she touched so many lives and will be missed forever. She is preceded in death by her son, Robert; her granddaughter, Amy; grandson Neal; her brother Bill; and her parents, Margaret & Henry Bortz. Survived by her husband of 54 years, Richard; and children, Chuck (Shar) DeWolf, Gary (Dianna) DeWolf, Karen (Daryl) Nelson, Barb (Ken) Gillen, Rick (Lucy) DeWolf, Lori (Lindsay) Page, Bill (Suzie) DeWolf, and Peggy Hren; 22 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and special friend Betty Jones.
