Of West St. Paul - Age 95

Passed away peacefully on February 3, 2004. Preceded in death by husband, Heimo Harkonen; parents, Lorenz & Julia Tschida; 3 sisters; & 6 brothers. Survived by many nieces & nephews; & other relatives & dear friends.

Rose was born in Avon, MN & graduated top of her class from the School for the Blind in Faribault, MN. Rose loved & took pride in the home she & Heimo built together. She was a devoted parishioner of St. Joseph's Catholic Church. A special thank you to Patrick Flaherty for his guidance & also to Jeanne & Gary McClaren for their kind & loving care.

Funeral Information

Mass of Christian Burial Friday, 11:30AM, CHURCH OF ST. JOSEPH, 1154 Seminole Ave. @ Butler in West St. Paul. Visitations Thursday from 4-7PM, with a rosary service at 6:30 PM, SOUTHERN FUNERAL HOME, 414 Marie Ave. in So. St. Paul, & one hour prior to the Mass at the church on Friday. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
