Of West St. Paul Age 75 Died on January 30, 2004. Preceded in death by his parents, William F. and Estella Zaspel; daughter, Gail Savard; grandsons, Matthew Todd Savard and Ryan Patrick Clancy. Survived by loving wife and companion of 57 years, Donna; children, Bill (Beth), Mark (Kathy), Lynn (Dez) Clancy, Karen (David) Engelbret; son-in-law, Mike Savard; 10 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; sister, Madonna Bourdon; nieces, nephews and many wonderful and generous friends. Bill was an employee of Northern States Power for 40 years, retiring in 1988 and a winter resident of Mesa, AZ. He loved above all, his wife, family and the outdoors. He will be missed always.

Funeral Information

Mass of Christian Burial 10 AM Wed. at CHURCH OF THE HOLY TRINITY, 6th Ave. S. @ 8th St. S., So. St. Paul. Visitation 4-8 PM Tues at WEST FUNERAL HOME, 1051 S. Robert St. @ Arion, WSP, and 9-10 AM Wed at church. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
