(nee Konop) Age 50 of Eagan

Passed away peacefully surrounded by family on June 26, 2009 after a courageous battle with cancer. Survived by husband, Joe with whom she shared 29 wonderful years of marriage; daughters, Sara (Don Teed, fiancé) & Kelly; faithful pet, Toby; parents, Robert & Karen Konop; father-in-law, Norbert Gillis; siblings, Holly (John) Hlava, Mark (Paula) and Joe (Robin); brothers & sister-in-laws, Mark (Christine), Jeff (Linda), Patti (Randy) Schultz, Marianne (Juan) Saldana, Claremarie, Tim, Barbara Johnson, Fran (Carrie), Tom (Lisa), Theresa (Eric) Refsguard, Christopher (Carolyn), Jean (Bob) Pigeon, Andy (Anne), John (Kim), Laura and Paul (Amy); and many nieces, nephews and dear friends. Preceded in death by mother-in-law, Mary Gillis, grandparents, Kenneth & Peg Hathaway, Charles & Dorothy Konop, aunts, JoAnn Winter & Sandra Konop and uncle Charles Konop. Kristine was a kind, gentle, great Mom who enjoyed gardening and was loved by all who knew her.

Funeral Information

Memorial Mass 11 AM, Tuesday, June 30, 2009 at the CHURCH OF ST. JOHN NEUMANN, 4030 Pilot Knob Road @ Deerwood Drive in Eagan. Gathering of Family & Friends from 5 to 8 PM Monday, at JOSEPH S. KLECATSKY & SONS FUNERAL HOME, 1580 Century Point (Yankee Doodle Road @ Coachman Road) in Eagan and also 1 hour prior to the Mass at church. Interment Resurrection Cemetery in Mendota Heights.
