Wise, enchanting blue eyes; energetic boyish inviting smile; wit & warmth; warrior for our freedom on the USS Wright, WWII; polo horses, little league coach, gardener & outdoorsman; remarkable “Stan the Man” will be deeply missed; a loving & endearing energy brimming with integrity, morality & loyalty for his family, friends, organizations & career; a valued & rare asset for this world. Survived by spouse of 60 yrs., Jean; daughter, Kimberly; grandsons, Julio & Damían delaHuerta; brother-in-law, Don (Dorothy) Perron; several nieces and nephews; & great-nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by son, Eugene; parents, Louis and Signe Franson; 7 siblings; & in-laws, Eugene and Odie Perron.

Funeral Information

Memorial Mass 11 AM Tuesday, March 25th at the HISTORIC CHURCH OF ST. PETER, 1405 Sibley Memorial Highway in Mendota with a Gathering of Family & Friends 1 hour prior to the Mass at church.
