Restaurateur Entrepreneur Loving Father, Grandfather, Brother & Uncle. Age 61, preceded in death by parents, Jose & Inez Garcia; brothers, Steven, Raymond, Narcie, Phillip (Peppo), Joe Sr. the 2nd and Sister Mary (Chelo) Garcia. Survived by sons, Ronald (Brandy), Jay (Marney); daughters, Sara and Sally; grandchildren Logan, Lilyanna, Paige and Mathew; Sisters, Refugia (Cuca) Lopez and Alice Meszaros, and the Castillo Family. Rudy was born and raised on St. Paul's Westside, he was a member of the Jay Mars, and was well known for founding Garcia's Restaurants and many others throughout the St. Paul area.
