Died as the result of a car accident on March 21, 2010. Preceded in death by wife, Judy; and mother, Margaret. Loving father of Joe; also survived by father, Thomas, Sr.; brothers, Roger and Terry Blum; brother-in-law, Bob (Cindy) Parnell; nieces and nephews, Lissa and Megan Blum, Doug and Krissy Parnell; and many other family and friends. Tom had three passions in his life; His family, faith and sports. He was a dedicated father, a proud member of the Church of St. Louis, King of France in St. Paul, and with his wife, Judy, founded and directed perpetual adoration in 1992 at St. Michael’s Church in West St. Paul. He loved playing, watching, and talking about sports.
