Beloved Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother

Age 86 of West St. Paul. Passed away on May 30, 2008. Preceded in death by parents, Paul and Josephine Ford; husband, Wilbert J. Jack; children, Patricia Erickson, James, Frank, Timothy and Thomas Jack; brother, Donald Ford; sisters, Irene Klein, Lucille McMillian and Mildred Wheelock. She will be dearly missed by sons, William, Michael (Jean) and Kenneth (Michelle); daughters, Bernice (Ted) Burgy and Marilyn (David) Meissner; 18 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; brother, Leonard Ford; sister, Adeline Klein; son-in-law, Stanley (Mac) Erickson and daughter-in-law, Vicky Jack. Lavina was a long time member of St. Matthew's Rosary Society and will be missed by many.

Funeral Information

Mass of Christian Burial 12 Noon, Tuesday, June 3, at the CHURCH OF ST. MATTHEW, 507 Hall Avenue at Robie Street in St. Paul. Visitation from 4 to 8 PM Monday at WEST FUNERAL HOME, 1051 South Robert Street @ Arion in West St. Paul and also 1 hour prior to the Service at church. Burial at Resurrection Cemetery in Mendota Heights.
